Commitment

    Accessibility

We believe outreach only works when everyone can use it. Alliance Media US is committed to digital accessibility and inclusion, so the websites, campaigns, and content we create reach every veteran, including those who use assistive technology.

    Our Commitment

Designed to Be Used by Everyone

Many of the people our partners serve face vision, hearing, mobility, or cognitive barriers. We hold our work to a clear, ongoing standard so those barriers don't get in the way.

    A Recognized Standard

We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the benchmark most public-sector and veteran-serving organizations rely on.

    An Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. We review, test, and refine the experiences we build so they keep working for everyone as content and technology change.

    Built Into Our Work

Inclusive practices are part of how we plan, write, and develop, so the organizations we serve can reach every veteran, including those who rely on assistive technology.

    Accessibility Features

    How We Build for Inclusion

These are the practices we apply across the digital work we deliver. Together they make experiences easier to perceive, operate, and understand.

    Keyboard Navigation

Interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators throughout.

    Semantic Structure

Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can present content in a clear, logical order.

    Color Contrast

Text and essential interface elements are designed to meet contrast targets, keeping content readable for low-vision users.

    Descriptive Alt Text

Meaningful images carry text alternatives so the information they convey is available to everyone.

    Responsive Design

Layouts adapt across phones, tablets, and desktops, supporting zoom and reflow without loss of content or function.

    Readable Typography

Clear type, generous spacing, and plain language make information easier to scan and understand.

    Clear Interactions

Links, buttons, and forms are clearly labeled and behave predictably, so people always know what an action will do.

    Assistive-Tech Friendly

We build with screen readers, magnifiers, and other assistive tools in mind, not as an afterthought.

    Feedback

    Help Us Do Better

Accessibility is never finished. If you run into a barrier on a site we built, or have a suggestion for improvement, we want to hear about it.

When you reach out, it helps to include the page or feature, the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, and a short description of what happened. We review every report and work to resolve issues as quickly as we can.

Let's Build Outreach Everyone Can Use

Accessible work reaches more of the veterans your organization is trying to serve. Let's talk about doing it right.
